Yes. The free preview at /lead-magnet is a no-card teaser built from your name and birth date. It gives you a taste of the blueprint before you decide. When you are ready for the complete reading, continue to the one-time purchase intake or compare the available options on the pricing page.

How is my reading delivered?

Accepted Answer

After your purchase and intake are complete, your reading is delivered by email with a downloadable PDF and a shareable link. Signed-in readers can also return to /account to find saved readings and download them again later.

What if my payment is pending, canceled, or hard to find?

Accepted Answer

A successful checkout sends you to the confirmation page, where the payment and reading handoff can finish. If you canceled or the payment did not complete, return to checkout and try again. If your bank shows a charge but your reading is still missing, email blueprint-born@polsia.app with the receipt so the team can investigate; the FAQ does not perform a payment lookup.

What is the refund policy for a one-time reading?

Blueprint & Born readings are one-time purchases with no subscription auto-renewal. If you have a billing error, duplicate charge, or concern about your purchase, contact blueprint-born@polsia.app and the team will review it with you. We do not promise an automatic refund flow from this FAQ.

How does gift redemption work?

Accepted Answer

The sender starts at /gift/intake, completes the gift purchase, and enters the recipient’s email. The recipient then uses the unique magic link in that email, which opens their private /r/[token] gift page and guides them through entering their birth details. Gift redemption is different from /redeem, which is reserved for referral codes.
